HO CHI MINH CITY (24 March 2015) – Hosts Ho Chi Minh City put themselves on level terms with Vietnam National Women’s League leaders Hanoi 1 following their 2-0 win over Thai Nguyen on the weekend.
In the game that was played at the Thong Nhat Stadium, HCM City made sure of the points off goals from Huynh Nhu in the 27th minute and Tran Thi Kim Hong (43rd).
With the full points, HCM City have garnered 13 points – the same as Hanoi 1 – as both teams now lead to the end of the first round of matches.
