HANOI (20 May 2019) – Hanoi FC survived some anxious moments before they were able to pull off a 3-2 win over Da Nang to keep chase at the top of the 2019 Wake Up 247 V.League 1.
Oseni Ganiyu Bolaji had given Hanoi the lead before Thanh Hai drew level for Da Nang.
Bolaji then grabbed his second of the afternoon in the 68th minute as Do Hung Dung then netted the third goal for the reigning champions.
Da Nang’s Schmitt Norbert pulled back the second goal for the visitors but it was not enough to stop Hanoi from claiming all three points.
The win allowed Hanoi to stay on second at the table – two points behind leaders HCM City as Da Nang dropped to ninth.
Elsewhere, Hoang Anh Gia Lai drew 1-1 Becamex Bình Duong 1-1 in Pleiku City, while Nam Dịnh also drew Quang Nam by the same score line.
