YANGON (2 March 2014) – A second-half strike from Colombian striker Edison Tigre Fonseca was enough to push Yadanarbon FC back on top of the Myanmar National League (MNL) 2014 following their close 1-0 win over Yangon United at the Bahtoo Stadium.
The defending champions who have had a fabulous start to their new season, fell to their first loss after five matches in their new campaign when Fonseca struck the only goal of the game in the 74th minute.
Elsewhere, Zwekapin FC blasted Chin United 4-0 as Zeyar Shwe Myay edged Manaw Myay 2-1.
