MANILA (20 April 2010) – The Philippines Football Federation of Philippines (PFF) are taking a serious stance for the AFC Under-14 Festival of Football which will be held in Malaysia next month.
And towards making sure that they are well-represented for the meet, the PFF have initiated tryouts – the first in the Luzon area at the San Beda football field. Head coach Oliver Colina said that he will be keeping a close tab on potential players to make his list for the training squad which will be limited to just 30 trainees. The centralised training camp will be held in Cebu City where from the list of 30, only 22 players will be selected to form the national U14 team. |
