PETALING JAYA (9 June 2014) – THE FA Cup flop on Saturday and with leaders Police tightening their grip at the top of the Premier League, Felda United have a battle on their hands for a to two finish to earn promotion.
Leaders Police snatched a hard fought 2-1 win over DRB Hicom at the MBPJ Stadium this evening to top the table with 46 points after 18 matches – leaving challengers Felda in second place with 37 points.
Felda have a game in hand over their rivals and will meet mid-table JDT II at the Pasir Gudang Stadium tomorrow.
The Fighters as Felda are now known need to win against JDT II to keep pace with the leaders.
