BANGKOK (11 Jan 2012) – The FA of Thailand (FAT) have announced the squad which will carry the Kingdom’s challenge for the 41st edition of the King’s Cup slated for 15- 21 January 2012.
The squad is composed of 23 players who had already been named for the FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Australia in November. Thailand chief coach Winfried Schafer has also included a further ten names to the list which will also see two U19 internationals making the shortist.
The two U19 players are Narubadin Weerawatnodom and Adisak Klinkosum.
In the meantime, Denmark and Norway will be sending a League XI side while South Korea are using their U23 team.
