HA NAM (14 Aug 2015) – A double from Ha Duc Chinh led the Vietnam Under-19 team over their counterparts from Laos in a friendly that was played in Ha Nam.
The game served as a warm-up for both teams ahead of their participation for the AFF Under-19 Championship that will be played in Laos on 22 August to 4 September 2015.
Playing at home gave hosts Vietnam all the confidence they needed to press on their Laotian opponents before taking the lead through Phan Thanh Hau at the half hour.
Ha Duc Chinh then nailed the first of his two goals five minutes after the restart before adding to the tally two two minutes to the end.
In between, Laos found their only goal of the game off Salath Vilayphanh in the 66th minute.
