BANGKOK (22 August 2014) – Dato Worawi Makudi, the president of the FA of Thailand (FAT) today took up the Ice Bucket Challenge to raise fund for charity.
In the event that was held this afternoon at the FAT headquarters here in Bangkok, Datuk Worawi like any other celebrity picked up the challenge to be doused with a bucket full of water and ice.
He contributed a total of THB 200,000 of which THB 100,000 went to Zico Foundation for Youth while the remainder will go to a yet-to-be-informed organisation.
Other than Dato Worawi, the chairman of the Thai Premier League (TPL) Dr. Ong-Arj Kosinkar, also took up the Ice Bucket Challenge for charity.
