SINGAPORE (12 Jan 2014) – The Courts Young Lions team will be heading to Turkey for one month in preparation for the S-League 2014 that will begin next month.
The team which will be based in Antalya will play a total of four friendly matches against Konsyapor, Azerbaijan Under-21, Denmark Under-21 and also Slavia Prague.
“Such a training camp matches the FAS Strategic Plan’s objective to expose our young players with the necessary overseas match exposure and experience, while taking on quality opponents,” said coach Aide Iskandar.
“The experiences obtained from this camp will also aid our players in their preparations not only for the long-term, but also for the upcoming 2014 S.League season.”
Part of the 24-man squad sees the inclusion of foreign imports Sherif El-Masri and also Jordan Webb.
