BANGKOK (June 3, 2007) – A comprehensive 3-0 victory over Osotspa FC have allowed Chonburi FC to regain the lead in Thailand’s Premier League last night.
With Tobacco Monopoly only managing a poor 1-1 draw against BEC Tero Sasana, they have now slipped to second at the table – three points behind the new leader. On third is BEC Tero Sasana, who have garnered 23 points from 12 matches – a game less than both Chonburi FC and Tobacco Monopoly. Thailand’s Premier League will be taking a break with the next match scheduled only for August 19 to make way for the national team’s preparation for the Asian Cup 2007. CURRENT STANDING 1.
