SINGAPORE (2 June 2015) – Cambodia will open their campaign at the SEA Games tomorrow against Indonesia with the Football Federation of Cambodia (FFC) having already wagged a hug carrot of USD 10,000 for the team should they win their first three points of the competition.
The cash prize of USD 10,000 will apply for every win in Group A where they also have hosts Singapore, Myanmar and also the Philippines for company.
Making the semi-finals will give the team USD 30,000.
Should Cambodia make the final, then they stand to share USD 100,000 – regardless if they win the title or otherwise.
Two years ago in Myanmar, Cambodia lost all their matches and finished their campaign at the bottom of the group.
