BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (11 Jan 2015) – The National FA of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD) alongside the Muara District Football Association (PBDBM) will be hosting the Under-14 Football Carnival on 18 Jan.
A total of 12 teams will be taking part in a Futsal-style tournament with five players to be fielded with pitch size being half the length of a football field.
“The junior development programme is a chance for them to soak up valuable tournament experience,” said PBDBM President Ali Hassan Dato Seri Laila Jasa Abbas.
“Plus, it’ll be good to see how much the young footballers have learned because a majority of them are under the helm of coaches accredited with coaching licenses from NFABD.”
The carnival will be held at the Menglait Sports Complex.
