After losing 2-0 to the Malaysian Under-22 two days earlier, the Sultanate side conceded just a 1-0 loss to the same team this time round at the same venue.
Malaysian striker Syafiq Ahmad once again made the difference for the home team when he struck the only goal of the game early in the 11th minute when he beat the offside trap to beat Wardun Yusof.
