VIENTIANE (24 March 2011) – FIFA president Datuk Seri Sepp Blatter paid a visit to Laos Standing Deputy Prime Minister Somsavat Lengsavad at his office where he also initiated a FIFA Goal Project in Houhyong.
The USD400,000 project will see the Laos Football Federation (LFF) getting a dormitory, a training center for women and also a Futsal court at Houyhong football training centre.
The project will take four months to complete.
Somsavat praised and highly appreciated the visit to Laos by Blatter where he see it as a big contribution towards sports co-operation between Laos and FIFA.
