HANOI (31 May 2018) – Becamex Binh Duong moved up to third in the Nuti Cafe V. League One 2018 when they crushed Sai Gon FC 5-1 at home at the Go Dau Stadium.
The former champions were in no compromising mood as Nguyen Tien Linh opened account with the first goal after 17 minutes before doubling the advantage with a minute left of the first half.
Tien Linh then completed his hat-trick with a strike right at the hour mark as then slammed in the fourth not too long afterwards. Binh Duong then completed a great afternoon with the fifth goal of the game through Nguyen Anh Duc.
Elsewhere, Xo So Kien Thiet Can Tho were held to a scoreless draw by SHB Da Nang at the Can Tho Stadium.
