With KBZ missing several key players including Kyaw Zayar Win and Soe Min Oo, Ayeyawady United took advantage to score the only goal of the game early in the sixth minute.
Midfielder Nanda Lin Kyaw Chit dribbled past two defenders for a cross to Jupiter, who had little trouble putting it into the net.
Along with the trophy, Ayeyawady United FC also picked up MMK 30 million (USD 35,000) for their effort while runners-up KBZ took home MMK 15 million (USD 17,500).
