For events on 23 November 2012
– Team Managers Meeting will be at 1400 at the Tantawan Room, Golden Tulip Hotel
– The Press Conference will be at 1500 at the Banjamas Room, Golden Tulip Hotel
– All Media Accreditations can be collected after the official Press Conference outside the Banjamas Room, Golden Tulip Hotel
For event on 26 November 2012
– The Press Conference will be at Monthatip Room, Golden Tulip Hotel
1045 – Vietnam / Philippines
1130 – Myanmar / Thailand
For event on 29 November 2012
– The Press Conference will be at Kradung-nga Room, Golden Tulip Hotel

At the Rajamangala Stadium
– Non-rights holders will not be given access to the pitch
– They are allowed to attend the Post Match Press Conference. They can watch the matches from the Media Tribune but they will not be allowed to bring in their cameras.
– They will be given access to the Media Centre.
– The Media Entrance is located at W3
– The Media Tribune is located at W2, 3rd floor
– The Mixed Zone is at N1, next to W8
