MALANG (8 Jan 2015) – Arema Cronus will be co-hosting the annual SCTV Cup which has been slated for 15-20 January in Malang.
The former Indonesian Super League champions will be hosting Group B of the SCTV Cup at the Kanjuruhan Stadium against Persela Lamongan, Mitra Kukar and Persipura Jayapura.
“The teams will arrive into Malang on 13 January and as hosts we are ready,” said Arema Cronus general manager Ruddy Widodo.
“As far as ticketing are concerned, it will all be handled by SCTV Cup where they will be using electronic ticketing. We are confident that we will make money from this event as all organisational cost are taken up by SCTV.”
Group A which will be hosted by Semen Padang will play all their matches at the Agus Salim Stadium against Persija Jakarta, Sriwijaya FC and Persebaya Surabaya or Pelita Bandung Raya.
