HANOI (2 March 2015) – Vietnam are expected to sign Takashi Norimatsu as the new head coach of the women’s national team as they gear up for the AFF Women’s Championship in May.
The 20-year-old Japanese will arrive into Vietnam where he is expected to sign a three-year contract as a follow-up to the MoU that was signed by the two federations last year.
Vietnam, who will be hosting the tournament this year, are in Group B against Myanmar, Malaysia and the Philippines.
Group A are Thailand, Australia U20, Indonesia and Laos.
