BANGKOK (28 April 2013) – AIA Thailand have stepped up to officially sponsor 34 football clubs in the country for THB 380 million (USD 13 million). The sponsorship covers teams in the Thai Premier League, Yamaha League One and AIS League.
“Our support for the 34 teams includes cash and personal accident insurance policies,” said Ron van Oijen, CEO of AIA Thailand.
“We want to see football development. The sponsorship also helps make Thai football fans know more about AIA.”
