PHNOM PENH (22 July 2012) – After naming the new Cambodia national coach recently in Hok Sochetra, the FFC (Football Federation of Cambodia) this week announced the squad of 30 players who will undergo training ahead of the qualifying round of the AFF Suzuki Cup this October in Myanmar.
For the AFF Suzuki Cup qualifiers, Cambodia will take on Timor Leste, Brunei, Laos and hosts Myanmar for the right to win one of only two available places in the final round.
And towards whipping the squad into a credible side, the FFC have penned in a game against the Philippines in September and also a match against a selection of Cambodian players based in Europe.
