JAKARTA (13 April 2014) – The Indonesian Under-19 team completed their two-match tour of Oman with a win and a loss.
The team had conceded a 2-1 loss to their counterparts from Oman a few days ago and shortly before leaving for Dubai, they delivered a similar 2-1 victory over the same side.
In the match that was played at the Sultan Qaboos Stadium in Muskat, the Indonesian youth side took the lead off a Fatchu Rochman’s penalty in the 64th minute before Oman replied through Muaadh Al Khaldi in the 75th minute.
But a header from Dimas Drajat a minute to the end handed the Indonesian U19 side the well-deserved victory.
In Dubai, the team will play UAE twice (on 14 and 16 April) before taking on club side Al Shabab on 18 April.
