BANGKOK (28 Aug 2011) – The FA of Thailand (FAT) have announced the squad which will take on Australia in the opening third round of the 2014 World Cup qualifiers.
The game will be played at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on 2 Sept 2011.
Other than Australia in Group D, the Thais will also be up against Saudi Arabia and Oman.
THAILAND SQUAD
GOALKEEPERS: Sinthaweechai Hathairattanakool (Chonburi), Sivaruk Terdsungnern (Buriram PEA) and Chatchai Butprom (Osotspa M-150).
DEFENDERS: Phaitoon Tiebma (Muang Thong), Suttinun Phukhom (Chonburi), Chonlatit Jantakam (Chonburi), Teerathorn Boonmathan (Buriram PEA), Supachai Komsil (Bangkok Glass), Niweat Siriwong (Pattaya) and Prathum Chuthong (Osotspa M-150).
